About the Thousand Oaks Board of Directors
The Thousand Oaks Townhouse Association Board of Directors is a group of volunteers living within the community that dedicate time and resources in support of maintaining a beautiful, safe, cooperative and friendly community. With many other active community residents and at-large members, we strive to ensure the community remains a wonderful place to live.
When does the Board meet?
The Board of Directors meets the third (3rd) Tuesday of every month at 7:30PM at the Lake Ridge Baptist Church (12450 Clipper Drive). All community members are invited to attend (homeowners and renters). If you would like to submit a topic for a meeting agenda, please contact a Board member at least two (2) weeks in advance.
